ON:

First Officers personal log: Mission day 1, 1045 Hrs

The Andromeda is holding position ready for the away mission to this trading post, The Angora Crossroads. Someone sent us a cryptic message so they clearly want Starfleet’s help. The Captain has agreed that the away team wear civilian clothes so I’m currently picking out an outfit that looks both..... Intimidating and yet...... slightly alluring. Going to have to blend if we intend to get some information and I’ve got the feeling that this place is not going to be warm and cozy, more a dank wretched hive of scum and villainy.

Had dinner with Mitchell the other night. It went really well and I’m hoping its not going to be a one off.

Lieutenant Datari was kind enough to show me some sword fighting tactics in the gym, but ended up breaking my arm. Looks like I need to up my game, You’re slipping Fox.

I think I’m going to suggest that I team up with him on the away mission. It’s going to take quick wits and possibly some self defence as well. On top of that, We’re still not sure exactly what we’re looking for.

A black hole..... At a trading outpost? Inconceivable.
